We spent a couple of weeks in Edinburgh, and we kept coming back to this spot, time and time again, for breakfast. It's THAT wonderful! Not only is it charming with warm, welcoming customer service, but we had some of the best food AND coffee we experienced in the entire city here! We're coming back again soon, and I SO hope they're still offering that AMAZING (& gluten-free ) chickpea pancake with the seasonal veggies and salad. I think about that dish almost every day since we got back to the US. What I wouldn’t give... If you're in the area, this spot is definitely worth a stop!!

Had poached eggs with hollandaise and smoked salmon. It seemed like a small portion but it was the perfect size for Me to not feel too full or still hungry. Cappuccino was great! Had a great balance of coffee and oat milk. Would totally recommend :)

The Turkish eggs were delicious, best I’ve ever had! Lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor, the staff were so kind especially the young waitress that served me she was so attentive and welcoming! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to eat in Edinburgh

You have try this lovely cafe near Haymarket in Edinburgh. I had Turkish eggs with yoghurt and a slice of sourdough bread. Simply delicious! However, the food was not easy to eat, firstly because there was a dearth of spoons and secondly because it was served on a plate instead of a bowl, meaning that the runny egg yolk and yoghurt had to be chased around the plate and I could not dip my bread into the mixture. Would have given 5 stars but for that. Orange juice was fresh and the coffee was good.
